Promoted to a key holder within six to eight months of employment. Trained on opening and closing the store as well as directly managing the team to efficiently run the day.

Promoted to training manager in October of 2023. Developing new training documentation to train staff and team leads on all positions. Providing friendly coaching and support through role play and demonstration.
