Kylie Macallister

Hi! My name is Kylie Macallister! I'm a Psychology major with a Marketing minor at The College of New Jersey and a member of SHRM, where I'm building a foundation in HR and organizational development. Through my work experiences at Target, Wawa, and local businesses, as well as my time spent volunteering at S.A.V.E. Animal Shelter, I've developed strong teamwork and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. My interests lie at the intersection of psychology and business, from understanding consumer behavior to creating positive workplace environments! With a certification in Administrative Human Resources and a passion for connecting with people, I'm eager to continue learning and growing through internships, networking, and professional opportunities!
