As a Tropical Smoothie Manager I am responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe's operations, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and staff members perform their duties effectively. This position involves supervising daily activities, managing inventory, financials/banking, handling customer concerns, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving sales and profitability.

As a Juicerista I was responsible for crafting juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and other food items for customers. I worked closely with team members to ensure that each product met high standards of quality, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
