I have worked with or around people most of my life, that I would like to say that I am pretty good at reading people and their emotions. I have been a CNA for about 15 years, mainly working the the health care wether it be from working on the floor to be a front desk receptionist in the clinic area. As Activities Director, I help CNAs on the floor answering lights or providing care as needed. I really do enjoy what I do and interacting with people is one of my specialties. I would definitely say I have excellent communication skills, team work and I am a fast learner of what ever it is, wether it be behind a desk or learning the specifics of patients/ residents and their families.
