I am naturally found in many favorite foods, so I am incredibly diverse!

I can also be added to foods to fortify them Just an added bonus!

Every Body needs DNA and I can definitely provide the building blocks!

Without me, DNA building reduces, red blood cells diminish, anemia occurs, and the body cannot carry enough oxygen I can literally save your life and put air in your lungs

I work well within the body, but struggle with medicinal outsiders A few examples are aspirin, antacids, and anticancer drugs these outsides make my job harder and spend time imitating me

I am also essential during pregnancy, and help the fetus grow

I do require a team to work Vitamin B12 is essential for me to get my job done He helps me keep the factory line moving, and keeps me motivated

I am great at my job I come highly rated I can occasionally get ahead of myself and outshine B12

My RDA is 400 mcg every day Anything above this negatively impacts the work of B12

I am easily found in legumes, fruits, and vegetables I can also be found in fortified grains, so I am always accessible when needed
