As a Shift Lead I was in charge of overnight and night shift. I would delegate daily tasks and responsibilities to maximize productivity, maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the day, and ensuring safety standards were met consistently. I managed inventory levels, minimizing waste through company stock rotation processes, oversaw cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation at all times, and coordinated shift schedules to maintain efficiency. I love to learn ad help others learn so I took my role in training new employees very seriously to maintain not only a good work environment but to keep my team being the best they can be. As part of the Operations team, we were in charge of unloading product from truck shipment, keeping everything organized in the process in preparation to put everything in its designated department out on the sales floor. If there wasn't a truck we would occasionally rearrange departments according to planograms sent by district managers, other days we'd be putting items on clearance, cleaning fitting rooms, etc., while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the day by helping them find things throughout the store or packing online orders in a timely manner.
I was the main front line crew member for the night shift. Throughout the night, my tasks consisted of making sure the dining room and behind he counter stayed clean and presentable, restocking consistently nd staying rush ready. My drive through times were up to par or better even while taking the time to upsell products while taking orders. I pride myself on my customer service, efficiently taking order while addressing any issues or questions the customers may have.
With my team I would go around the festival grounds collecting any trash from the ground and from the trash can around the park as it go full. We would set up all the tables throughout the park and ensure paths were safe for patrons before the park opened and we would reset everything at the end of the night.
