Beginning my freshman year at John Paul II High School, students were encouraged to actively engage in meaningful service to others. Embracing this initiative, I dedicated over 60 hours across all four years to volunteering at Minnie’s Food Pantry and First United Methodist Church. Through this consistent involvement, I developed a strong sense of social responsibility and compassion for those in need. At Minnie’s Food Pantry, I assisted with sorting and distributing food to families facing food insecurity, while at First United Methodist Church, I supported various outreach events and service initiatives. These experiences not only strengthened my communication and teamwork skills but also deepened my commitment to making a positive impact in my community.
