Advisor for the USAID's Balkan Media Assistance Program (BMAP Forward), supporting media partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. Enhancing newsroom performance through innovative content strategies, workflow improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Leading interdisciplinary teams for experiments with AI driven solutions and tools for assessing new technologies and trends in the industry, to keep up-to-date with changes in the market landscape. Identifying opportunities for collaboration between different media outlets and managing a gender portfolio.

Lecturer of TV journalism and production, integrating technology and multimedia for hands-on learning. Leading student teams to produce youth-focused bulletins for TV Student, aired on YouTube and HRT4. Fostering a collaborative environment, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to support student growth.

Led the capacity-building part of the project and managing a team of trainers and mentors for creating custom-made strategies for media outlets' new revenue streams and sustainability. "Media for All" project supported 55 local, and national, independent media outlets in the Western Balkans.

Consultant for European Union's project "Empowering Society - Technical Assistance to Public Service Media in the Western Balkans" for implementing newsroom integration and collaboration between different programs and departments with news production team. Trained teams for multiplatform reporting, mobile journalism and multimedia production at BHRT, RTS, RTCG, RTSH, RTK, MRT.

Media consultant and trainer collaborating with international organizations on projects funded by USAID, the EU, EBU, and the British Council. Focused on strengthening independent media and sustainability in the Western Balkans. Lecturer at the Slavko Ćuruvija Foundation's "School of Digital Journalism," training young journalists in digital skills and ethical journalism, and trainer for NGO projects promoting civil activism and democratic reforms in Serbia.

Working on product development and promotion for a start-up that developed TVizzy a broadcasting channel through video push notifications focused on sports. Managed communications with VCs, investors, and partners. The start-up joined the Slovenian ABC Accelerator and earned a Silicon Valley program award.

Managed 350 employees across all news platforms, leading the formation of a "digital first" newsroom and overseeing its integration. Supervised production and editorial for major projects, including Croatian presidential and parliamentary elections, the 2015 refugee crisis multiplatform coverage, and the 20th anniversary of Operation Storm. Initiated and launched rolling news program on HRT4.

Led an 80-member team across newsroom, technology and creative departments to launch first regional news channel Al Jazeera Balkans with a diverse, multiethnic staff. Managed input, output, and planning teams, and initiated cross-office meetings with Doha and London to optimize resources and exchange content.

News editor and presenter of news bulletins on HRT Public Service. Reporter for news program and weekly broadcasted news magazines as well as special coverage of US presidential elections 2008. Working on the project of digitalizing news programs on HRT.
