At JBS Beef Plant, I excelled as a Superintendent of Sanitation, where my adept project management and relationship-building skills led to identifying and resolving potential issues before escalation, ensuring project alignment and fostering a positive team environment. My proactive communication and quality assurance measures significantly contributed to the success and efficiency of construction projects.

I worked for pssi from 2009 to 2024 . I was sanitation supervisor for Pssi, at Cargill in Milwaukee, then move to green Bay to supervisor at the the American food beef plant, where served for 10 years. Assisting with the overall successful release, of the sanitation process; safety first, 8 step of sanitation preformed on a nightly bases. Also following the ERP program to ensure good training to all new team members.
