*1997-2004 I worked as a gate agent checking in passengers and loading passengers onboard the aircraft.
*2004-current I work as an agent on the ramp in SLC. I load customers baggage on aircraft, I was then promoted to the RTSM Transfer dispatch position where I took radio calls from the tower, answered phone calls, make sure that employees were at their flights on time, and assigned agents to meet flights and deliver customers bags.
