  • Dedicated 714 hrs of OJT to prepare 6 members for their duty position evaluations, enabling a 100% pass rate for Emergency Communication Center and Alarm Monitor certifications. Led forces during 15 catastrophic alarm failures, expediting responses to prevent security incidents and protect 101 sensitive areas, enabling mission sets across 3 MAJCOMS.
  • Led command and control for 15 high-risk flight line and patrol responses, directing 29 members to protect $9.1B in assets. Oversaw dispatch operations during a wing-level anti-hijacking exercise, driving three corrective actions that accelerated asset recovery and increased security for 33 ISR aircraft.
