I've decided I want to start working again, from home, and I guess you could say I'm actively still managing operations in my current role by:
  • managing day-to-day responsibilities and behaviors, working efficiently and productively with all team members (4 kids ages 3-13)
  • Working flexible hours across nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
