• Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Answer guest questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and payment options.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Ensuring the guest feels heard and understood.
• Process payments for purchases, including cash, credit cards, checks, and gift cards.
