  • Developed techniques for visualizing islets, the microvasculature, and real-time intra-islet blood flow in vivo using highspeed, laser-scanning, pseudo-confocal microscopy in mouse models
  • Used hyper-insulinemic euglycemic clamp methods to develop research methodologies for investigating differences in in vivo blood flow during hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia.
