Contributed to the successful launch of one of Amazon's newest Robotics Sorting Centers, which ranked 1st out of over 110 Sort Centers in the country for overall performance in key categories such as cost, quality, safety, and people-first campaigns.

Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the DDT4 Delivery Station, which established benchmark standards for neighboring Delivery Stations and achieved a national ranking of #50.

• Coaching associates on standard work, consistency, and safe work habits.
• Formulating new projects that actively improved the site while also monitoring Pick compliance, Pick Rates, Flex, PNOV and OTD.
