Just starting with Winter Haven High school volleyball program for this upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

• Assistant Coach to 15u Girls volleyball team with Warriors Athletics. Conducted and planned practices 2xs a week and coached alongside the head coach at the 2024 AAU Nationals.
• Boosted player confidence through personalized training sessions and continuous feedback.
• Enhanced team performance by developing and implementing effective coaching strategies.

• Providing volleyball training to all age groups in all specialty roles: Setter, Libero/DS and Hitters. I also offer weight training and conditioning with my sessions as well.
• Tailoring instruction methods based on individual needs assessments, promoting optimal learning experiences for each participant.

• Managed/Coached the JV girls volleyball team which consisted of 14 players.
• Conducted practice, weight training, conditioning and skills training at least 4-5xs a week.
• Coached the summer League JV team and assisted the Head Coach for the Varsity team, ran by Davenport High School, that consisted of returning and new players.
• Created and headed up a summer long specialty skill clinics for returning players from the previous season for JV and Varsity.
• Duties included practice planning, conditioning/weight training planning, team skills clinics, team bonding events, game-day lineups and substitutions, player stats and evaluation, game tape review with the team, game-day setup, creating team apparel packages for the program and creating fundraisers for the program.

• Managed/Coached 16u girls volleyball team consisting of 9 players.
• Conducted practice, weight training, conditioning and skills training at least 2-3xs a week. Traveled with the team to both local and out of town tournaments.
• Duties included practice planning, conditioning/weight training planning, team skills clinics, game day lineups and substitutions, player stats and evaluation, game evaluation and breakdowns with players, conducting team bonding events and mentoring.
• Implemented video analysis tools to assess athlete performance more accurately during practice sessions or competition scenarios.

• Managed/Coached the girls Varsity Volleyball team that consisted of 13 players from grades 7 -8.
• Duties included tryout/team selection, practice planning for Varsity, conducting practices at least 3xs a week, skills training and conditioning, game set-up, uniform ordering, game day rotations and substitutions.
• Motivated athletes through effective goal-setting strategies, resulting in increased drive towards personal improvement.
