
As an Assistant Store Manager, I play a key role in the success of our retail store by providing support to the Store Manager and ensuring the efficient operation of the store. I am responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet performance goals.
• Operations Management: Help manage the daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
• Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
