I have worked at Johnny's Bar-B-Q for about a year now.

It is my first job and it has taught me customer service, how to evaluate problems, how to work as a team, learning efficient communication skills, adaptive skills, responsibility, multitasking, and active listening skills. I am trained in cashiering, hosting, and serving. Before working at Johnny's Bar-B-Q I was section leader and color guard captain at Keystone Heights High School which gave me insight on how to solve problems, create leadership skills, and communication skills. When working at Johnny's if customers were to have trouble deciding on an order or had any questions I would give them suggestions on what would satisfy their palette or if a customer had an issue with their order I would take responsibility and find solutions to make their experience better than when they walked in.
