I currently handle incoming calls for a Medi-Cal Managed Care Plan. I assist our Members with Health Network & Primary Provider changes along with providing them assistance with requests for additional healhcare services they may need. I provide our Members with education as it relates to their healthcare questions such as referring them to Social Services or to a Provider, information about a referral. On occasion I will have an escalated call & will try to de-escalate the situation to the member's satisfaction, if I'm not able to I will assist the Member further with the issue.
