Analyzed the discovered metrics by Enterprise and Service for a total of 717 metrics mapped by 24 characteristics (i.e., source, purpose, category, report, competency type, regulation).
- Technical writing duties included development of a Microsoft Word report template and QA. Reviewed and edited 5 deliveries of 9 CDRLs, 4 reports, and multiple products for grammar, style/formatting, acronyms, citations, and preparation for final publication.
- Team leader for the transcription project and QA of interviews for the INTREMED program. This was a combined effort of the Engineering and Analysis teams. Examined and edited audio transcripts for translation accuracy and extracted over 20 categories to be used for program-wide analysis.
