Patient Service Representative duties including answering multi-line phone system, Checking patients in and out for scheduled appointments, scheduling patient treatment plans to include all necessary follow ups and procedures, reconcile and finalize end of day copay deposits, Send out weekly regional report for missing documents, submit daily fee tickets, ect.
Administrative duties including, managing numerous locations, ensuring all electronic charts are scanned in and accurate, depositing large amounts of money, answering and re- directing phone calls, prior authorizations,ordering supplies, managing financial accounts, training employees properly, ensuring all employees are HIPAA compliant, checking in and out patients, conducting urine drugs screens, ensuring all physician DEA logs are up to date and accurate, etc.
