• Consignment-Cath Lab
• Cover positions if short staffed
• Peoplesoft number builds

• Tissue Tracker
• Working closely w/OR and Doctors
• Putting supplies away
• OR totes
• Billing questions from reps/OR etc.
• Spreadsheets
• Discontinues- OR, Cath Lab and CIO
• Physical Inventory twice yearly
• Receiving
• Keep stock-outs to a minimum
• Running Queries
• Pay Only
• Drawdown's
• Contacting reps when product is backordered
• Delivering supplies/tissue to CIO
• Audits
• Ordering office supplies
• Numerous other tasks that happen with no notice
• Ordering all needs for the OR

• Decontaminating soiled instrumentation
• Setting up surgery carts
• Putting together/sterilizing instrument sets
• Paring and Putting supplies away for Radiology
• Picking up charge cards
• Answering phone

Cleaning offices

Stripping/waxing/refinishing tile floors-throughout the hospital

• Successfully identified new business opportunities leading to expanded services offerings while maintaining excellent client retention rates.
