FOP Summit Wellness Seminar

The FOP Officer Wellness Summit, an annual training event focused specifically on wellness and resiliency. The Committee strives to include informative seminars and presentations. Presentations vary from Critical Incident Stress Management to sleep and eating habits. All work in collaboration for overall better health, wellness, and resiliency and recovering from trauma and day to day stress.
