Worked with customers under construction and after completion. Took care of warranty claims. Ordered materials for each job. Met with clients to select materials. Answered phones and emails and forwarded to the correct department.

Worked in fulfillment department filling orders for patients to be shipped out. Also stocked meds daily and checked order in. Did inventory. Helped out in shipping department as needed to ensure patients received their meds on time.

I worked in the Emergency Dept where I met with patients prior to admission to go over current meds and last doses. I called pharmacies or Dr office when needed to verify medication lists. This was a trauma hospital with over 100 ED beds. I also filled the 11 PIXYS machines in the ED daily. When needed I worked in the main hospital pharmacy where I would work with dispensing meds via robot, making single dose compounds in batches, refilling crash cart med trays and restocking Operating Rooms nightly.

My primary job was to do Med Reconciliations in ED. Here I met with patients to go over current med list and last doses. Called pharmacies or Dr offices to confirm meds when needed. I also worked in Hospital Pharmacy filling meds, delivering to the units and filling the medication machines.
