Accomplishments

    Served as Co-Coordinator for Convoy of Hope Community Event in Philadelphia leading a team of 1,000 volunteers to serve 7,000 individuals with over a million dollars in goods and services. As Co-Coordinator I worked directly with the Convoy of Hope National Director to bring leadership to the planning process, team leads and volunteers. I was responsible for preparing and hosting the vision casting meeting, recruitment and development of 4 assistant coordinators and 30 team leads, leading bi-weekly leadership planning meetings, working with the finance team for approved budget, recruiting donors and securing sponsorships, final event preparation and day of supervision for all areas, and post event processes.
