• Schedule, manage, train, and lead a team of about 15 backstage
• Maintained and ordered supplies for use backstage, as well as taking care of the venue vehicles used for runners
• Show advancing- calls with the tours, renting transportation, setting up catering, fulfilling riders, booking hotel rooms
• Liasioning between the artist and other members of the team so they can advance their portions, such as box office and security
• Handled a plethora of day of show duties such as- catering, security meetings, guest lists, buyouts, managing the runners, getting the tour whatever it is they need, managing the folks allowed backstage, communicating band policies to venue staff, creating a plan for aftershow (when I leave), juggling parking for the runners, tours, and guest's of the tour, cleaning, restocking, setting up VIP areas for guests of the tour, helping with band VIP pkg, directing merch sellers, facilitating settlement, helping to relay info during weather crisis, passing out masks, covid tests etc., supplies
• Kept track of tour receipts, and float

· Maintained firm grasp on knowledge of all beer varieties that are put on tap

· Made decisions along with the group about which beer should be tapped to maintain a balanced beer board

· Wrote descriptive information on each beer in order to help the customer make a clear choice

· Helped clean lines and take care of draft system

· Participated in beer inventory management

· Helped to put together food and beer pairings using in house beer and dishes with locally sourced ingredients

• Secured local beer makers to participate in event

• Facilitated processing of temporary ABC Special Event Permit
• Secured donated beer, volunteers, and everything necessary to put together two beer gardens to serve crowds of 50,000 people over two days
