For 8 years, I have been a self employed licensed massage therapist. I specialize in clinical massage therapy. I attribute the success of my business on my ability to communicate with my clients, and especially with the doctors I network with. My clients' feel their needs are met with me because I take the time to listen to what they have to say. The chiropractors and acupuncturists I network with trust me with their patients because I am thorough with the SOAP notes I submit on behalf of their patients' injuries - as well as the physical difference they notice after a patient has come to me. Communication and care has been the foundation of my ability to help so effectively.

I was hired with Massage Envy as soon as I was certified to work as a massage therapist with the help of my school's program instructors' recommendations. Here, I quickly learned the ins and outs of working for a spa, and quickly became a top requested therapist. I soon became trusted to train interns and new hires on things such as logistics and how to properly complete SOAP notes.

I started out in a data entry position in this new and quick growing company. I was cross trained in data entry as well as front desk reception in a matter of months. I then got moved to handling files and the bridge of communication between customers and banks in order to build a solution for their disputes.
