Laurie Dubow

Laurie Dubow has been utilized as an expert witness by various Attorney's with regards to the value and marketability of real property in divorce cases, probate cases, and business partnership disputes. In her role as a Real Estate Broker for the past 20 years, she has extensive experience mediating and advising Realtors with regards to settling commission disputes, as well as contract and listing agreement disputes between Realtors and their prospective clients, and conflicts between buyers and sellers, and between landlords and tenants. In her role as Co-Broker at the Signature Real Estate Companies, Laurie has been utilized as an advisor to the 1,100+ Realtors, 25+ Office Managers, 35+ Employees, and the 3 Principal Partners, with regards to issues between Realtors and their clients, and Realtors with other Realtors on matters of protocol, contracts, listing agreements, leases, and other matters of concern.

Laurie's area of expertise has been utilized as a means of avoiding litigation and finding mutually acceptable solutions to common and obscure Real Estate related situations. She has been personally involved in hundreds of residential and commercial Real Estate transactions during the past 20+ years, and is considered to be a leader and expert in the Real Estate industry. She was voted Broker of the Year in 2019 and currently serves as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. Lauderdale and St. Lucie Counties.
