Manage R2T4 Team of 6 members

Ensure all R2T4's completed on time and accurate(UTA has approximately 2600+ R2T4s annually)

Work daily with FA staff, R2T4 team, FA Accountant to ensure proper training on all programs including compliance

Diligently work to ensure all documentation is complete for compliance in all FA programs

Ensure reconciliations are completed monthly and request draws for programs when necessary

Key player in all audits including state of Texas audits annually

Complete FADs report twice a year

Update PPA, ECAR when required

Manage and update policy and procedures manual

Update Consumer Information annually

Ensure PELL, TEACH and Direct Loans are reported to COD accurately and ontime

Financial Aid Member of Tuition and Fee Appeal

Financial Aid Member of Compassionate Withdrawal Appeal committee

Escheatment process

Ensure all systems falls within guidelines of institution

Work with Office of Informational Technology(OIT) for state and federal audits.
