My first and previous job was at Fredericktown Butcher Shop, i’m not sure what happened in full honesty, they told me to slow down how fast i was working to avoid mistakes, and then they fired me for going to slow. There wasn’t a lot of guidance there, and they have a steady turnover of employees. I was a very fast worker and made sure everyone for our in a timely manner and it taught me to motivate myself sense it felt like i was working alone on rushes, making it alot faster. I can learn very quickly as long as it is explained to me.
