• As a cashier my role was to provide excellent customer service, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness by assuring that the restaurant was clean and well stocked.

• As a Cutco sales professional I was responsible for one -on-one interactions with customers by video chat or phone and to interview them to find the perfect set that would fit their needs. Focusing on expanding the companies customer base would sell the company products to a customer based on their needs.

• Ensure guests receive the STUDIO level of service in a clean and safe environment
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and retrieve orders from the kitchen, also confirming the accuracy each order prior to delivering it to guest.

Additional work experience:

• Prior to working at Studio Movie Grill the only previous experience was four years of participating in Lemonade Day where I sold over $300 during each event. In 2018 and 2019 I have also attended “take your child to work day”. Spent the entire day in a very large call center observing t the customer service staff and supervisors interacted with each other and with the public.
