My responsibilities differ based on whether I'm working in the back or front of the house. In the back of the house, I handle food preparation for events, including making sandwiches, salads, and fruit/veggie trays, as well as frying and grilling. In the front of the house, I am responsible for leading other student employees, packing for events, setting up tables, and serving dinners. Additionally, regardless of my position, a crucial part of the job is cleaning up after events, which includes working in the dish room.
