TRAINING
Prior to Red Coat promotion, i was a Senior Agent having started Delta Air Lines January 25th, 1997. My current job description is to oversee the gate or checkin operations of assigned flights during a scheduled work shift. I also de-escalate and resolve customer complaints with punctual, polite and professional service. Also in my Red coat role, i give the support to employees during delays, cancellations and rebooking of flights and customers. Overall i am responsible for the on time performance of arrival s and departures and elevating the overall team performance.
