I run an independent web consultancy managing eCommerce and web application projects from scope and budgeting through development, QA, launch, and ongoing support. I work primarily with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Magento, while also managing marketplace integrations and product data feeds for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping.

I increasingly use AI coding tools to translate business requirements into technical specifications, direct implementation, review generated code, and prototype features in-house that previously required outside developers. My work includes application rebuilds, subscription platforms, dashboards, checkout and billing systems, marketplace integrations, migrations, and production releases.

For MemTrax, a cognitive assessment health-tech company, I manage the product roadmap and release process for its subscription platform. I directed the rebuild of its memory-test application from a legacy Vue 2/jQuery architecture into a self-contained JavaScript application, while preserving the scoring methodology required for historical result comparability. I also oversee WooCommerce and Stripe subscriptions, staging-to-production releases, QA, and planning for mobile distribution.

• Direct all internet and eCommerce operations for a wholesale diamond and gemstone jewelry manufacturer in the Los Angeles Jewelry District, owning the web roadmap end to end.
• Manage the custom storefront program - directing the work that adapts Magento and PHP to configurable custom-jewelry products and syncs the catalog with an in-house inventory system.
• Oversee the self-managed dedicated virtual server plus daily operations of the office network, and manage in-house staff handling content, product data, and merchandising.

• Created additional sales and distribution channels that produced a six-figure increase in gross revenue.
• Defined and managed multi-channel eCommerce operations and led the development of comprehensive marketing programs.
• Ran the web promotional program, including PPC campaigns and an SEO strategy tracked through web analytics.
