I worked as a cashier and provided excellent customer service. At this tool store, I was also responsible for restocking merchandise as it sold, as well as checking incoming orders—verifying their accuracy—and organizing them in the storeroom. Additionally, I handled administrative paperwork, preparing it for my manager to enter into the inventory system. I assisted with product coding and offered advice on how to standardize inventory entries for identical products purchased from different distributors. I was responsible for calling customers to notify them when their tools were ready for pickup, and I also handled incoming customer calls. I held the keys to the store; from Monday through Friday, I closed the shop, and on Saturdays, I was responsible for both opening and closing it during business hours. Finally, I assisted the team in creating posters for all the events hosted at the store.

Develop various procedures, work instructions, forms and manuals for the inventory department. Create coding schemes for the classification of fixes assets within corporate offices and warehouses.

Manage and control monthly inventories in storage facilities, conduct fixed asset audits for various organizations, standardize procedures, manage and control expenses related to internal-use supplies and generate inventory reports. Proficiency in using the Syscafe inventory module, as well as personnel management.

I joined as an HSEQ Assistant, providing support for the verification and control of high-risk tasks, the monitoring and follow-up of preventive, corrective, and improvement actions generated during project execution, and the preparation of work permits. Subsequently, I was promoted to HSEQ Supervisor in recognition of my success in meeting performance targets; my responsibilities expanded to include supervising and assisting in the root-cause analysis of workplace accidents, inspecting work areas, training personnel on various topics, and fostering participation in various HSEQ-related activities.
