Summary

I am 50 years old. I am not COVID-19 vaccinated.
I have been in the HVAC field as a Systems Engineer since just out of college, a facilities supervisor, business owner, commercial restaurant equipment service tech and a Sr. service tech for industrial/ commercial customers.
I am very good at troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

As a facilities supervisor, I redesigned a German hydraulic cylinder prone to failure due to poor engineering practices for a critical piece of equipment.
I have resolved difficult pneumatic actuator processes as well as hydraulic issues with robotic arms.
I have changed out a 240 ton shell and tube chiller barrel over a two week shutdown period by myself.
I have been to roughly 28 different countries either by backpacking, on merchant vessels or for business install/troubleshooting.
In my current role as a Sr. service technician, I am the lead tech on our two largest industrial customers dealing with natural gas pressures up to 60 psi as well as mid-size (200+ ton) chiller.
I have also rebuilt a cooling tower for a 15 story high end apartment complex.
I have done large oil and gas boiler section repair, been the lead installer on a 20,000 SF boiler/AC installation, trained on a 10,000 HP high pressure steam boiler, etc..
My customer service skills are very good which my current employer or project managers can confirm.
I am well acquainted with the needs and requirements of large facilities and dealing with outside vendors and inside personnel.
I have my EPA 608 (unlimited), OSHA 30, First aid and CPR adult/infant certified, NH does not require a oil license yet, but I am able to get an optional license without issue.
