I am an undergraduate student at Virginia Tech pursuing a B.S. in physics and mathematics, with a minor in nuclear engineering. My time at Virginia Tech pursuing my degree has made me proficient in STEM studies and subjects, as well as teaching/outreach of such subjects. I am an active student in the Society of Physics Students chapter and physics outreach programs at Virginia Tech. I am looking to assist in physics research in the near future within the department. Furthermore, after the completion of my undergraduate degree I hope to attend graduate school for physics.
Manage day to day classroom operations in K-12 classes and subjects.
I have completed the Virginia Tech course - PHYS 4224: Physics Teaching and Learning, which trains undergraduates to assist and teach their peers in the learning environment of other undergraduate physics courses.
I am currently the learning assistant for one of Mr. Osborne's PHYS 2305 lectures. I assist with a variety of physics problems in a lecture hall of over 200 undergraduate students throughout the lecture.
