I volunteer my time in coaching youth softball since 2007. In 2010 I sat on the North West Girls Softball Board of Directors as a players advocate. Working with females ages 8 to 18 developing the psychical and mental skills it takes to be part of a team. I value the sport as it teaches kids to adapt and accept the game is a game of failure and how that has translated into life lessons they use long after they leave the sport to be success in their pursuit of success.
