I spent 6 months as a Special Chemistry aide and then 6 months as a production shift Aide Lead. I was fully trained in Hematology, Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Molecular, UA, and P612 Sorting. My responsibilities included training new aides, managing shifts, working with In-processing as well as Warehouse. I was also responsible for daily meetings after Production shift to ensure the continued efficient running of the lab. My expertise is in Special Chemistry where I am adept with Liaison and Bioplex analysis machines where I was responsible for maintenance, orders, test-running, and QA. I am well versed in handling sensitive patient information and ensuring that we met daily quote requirements. When I took over as lead we never fell below 95% completion rate during normal shifts.

• General Driving and in-shop sandwich making. A continuation of my time at Jimmy Johns in Laramie Wyoming.

• Intensive customer care and constant attention to detail. As a driver we were expected to be fast and diligent, our pay was heavily reliant on amount of deliveries and tips so customer service was taken seriously as well as good and prompt service.

• This job and work experience mostly amounts to time spent in and around lab environments whether for classes or work credit. From Biology to Physics and Chemistry I have spent the better part of 2 years in lab environments performing tasks as simple as slide analysis and as advanced as long-term astronomy study. I have experience in all aspects of lab work

• Another general Delivery job, this one with long shifts and late nights, but same expected level of care for customers to make the most amount of money.

• General customer service position, a mostly full-time position held in highschool.
