Leonardo castro
Bilingual baseball player and Sports Management graduate looking to transition into baseball operations and administration. Having spent years on the field, I understand the game from the inside out and know how to use modern baseball tech to help players make real, on-field adjustments. Being fully fluent in English and Spanish allows me to handle cross-cultural communication effortlessly, making sure international players and staff are always on the same page. I'm looking to bring this combination of on-field experience, technical understanding, and communication skills into a front-office role.
