The Gathering is a faith based program that focuses on character development and civic engagement utilizing podcasts, free online courses, and live courses. It was developed based on my research and teaching at Harvard University.

Founded, staffed, and led an inner-city education enrichment program for middle school students which took underperforming students and significantly raised their reading and math skills and test scores. The program became the subject of a study by Harvard's Graduate School of Education which led to an invitation to speak at the graduate school and a fellowship to pursue further education at the University.
