· Development of specifications and monitoring of installation work for the MT20 international telephone exchange of Postel 2001

· installation of the Internet in Cote d’Ivoire through the U.S Leland Project,

· Installation of the first interurban optical fiber in Africa connecting Abidjan to Bouake,

· Digitization of the Ivory Coast telephone network with digital exchanges.

· Conducted a team of studies for the Rascom satellite on behalf of Côte d'Ivoire

· Initiated and installed the rural telephony in Cote d'Ivoire

· set up automatic telephone billing systems.

· Engineered and monitored the installation of the Akakro2 and Yamoussoukro earth stations,

· Computerized telecommunications services,

· Prepared the Concession Agreement for Telecom privatization.

· Instrumental in commissioning the first 3 cellular networks on the Ci-Telcom network,

· Developed an interconnection agreement between cellular operators and CI-Telecom – (a groundbreaking achievement in Africa that was later adopted by over 50 countries worldwide thanks to ITU).

· Prepared technical specifications for cellular operators and played a key role in the privatization of telecommunications in Côte d'Ivoire.

· Other accomplishments include implementing a transition from 6 to 8-digit numbering Plan for the Ivorian telephone network,

· Drafted the Telecommunications Agency of Côte d'Ivoire (ATCI)- Telecom Regulator- from the ground up

· drafted the 2nd Telecommunications Law of Ivory Coast.

· Oversaw the implementation of organizational and structural texts for ARTCI, the new Regulatory body, further solidifying the telecommunications infrastructure in the country.

· Vice Rapporteur of ITU Working Group 8/1 (1999-2002) on telecommunications sector reform

· ITU/Nice-France Plenipotentiary Conference: Chairman of Working Group 8b

· Principal ITU expert for the interconnection of telecommunications networks in the Democratic Republic of Congo (April to June 2000)
