I can listen and respond to a client in a way they feel comfortable. My passion of helping made me love this career. My latest specialty with QL was helping fix loans that were not quite working. With my experience I was able to find solutions for many loans that were not going to close. I was usually able to communicate with a client who was not pleased. I would love to be in a position where I can share my knowledge and be a support on the customer service end, or help on teaching.
