• Due to Thoreau Chapter House going to be Sanction by Internal Revenue Services (IRS) with penalties and lack of funds also transparency. Afterwards I, generally reestablished with volunteers and hired AMS under emergency funds and 164 process under the Navajo Nation. Reestablishing the Thoreau Chapter House Administration was a struggle but having confidence and perseverance was key. Finally started to managed employees to maximize productivity while training staff on best practices and protocols.
