• Coordinate Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) requests for forces (RFF) and concept of operations (CONOP) with military service force provider stakeholders;

• Coordinated with U.S., foreign government officials, U.S. and foreign military agencies, Afghan civil society, international government organizations, and nongovernmental development organizations to facilitate strategic planning to focus on building strong linkages between Afghan Government and Afghan populous to instill trust and communication;
• Implemented programs including provincial representatives and government official to air grievances and facilitate conflict resolution to further governmental influence in provinces where governmental reach was limited.

• Designed and implemented the first military force dedicated to domestic WMD Consequence Management response (DCIRF/CCMRF);
• Managed numerous responses to domestic disasters by writing EXORDs to deploy military forces under Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) authorities;
• Represented JS equities in Interagency and NSC consequence management meetings and exercised;
• First JS Liaison Officer to FEMA post Hurricane Katrina;
• Published in Joint Force Quarterly.
