I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist trainee dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care. My experience includes working in university counseling settings, substance use treatment, and behavioral support for children on the autism spectrum. I bring a collaborative and culturally responsive approach to therapy, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create sustainable change. I value creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
