I came to the US at 11 years old from Cameroon because of war. Coming here, my parents had one goal in mind for me. I was to succeed in life so I can help those who weren't as fortunate as I was to come here. America is a place that anyone with a will can succeed and that is what I am choosing to do. I started cutting hair almost 2 years ago and after thousands of hours poured onto the craft, I believe I have reached a level where I can be proud of my abilities and my work. Most of my customer base are UND students(fraternities, sororities, athletes and high-school students.) I currently operate out of my garage and as winter approaches it would be nice to have a spot so i can keep supporting the community just as much as they supported me. I am learning how to braid hair right now as I realized that is a skill that would help me a lot since some of the UND athletes I cut need re-twist or braids ever soo often.
