Small Business Management Project – Hestia’s Hearth Café (Fall 2024)
Collaborated with a 20-person class team to develop and present a full business plan for Hestia’s Hearth, a New Jersey nonprofit launching a community café.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Worked in specialized groups (market analysis, competitive analysis, marketing/sales, products & services, and financial planning) to create a comprehensive 42-page plan.
  • Financial Planning Focus: Led financial projections team, producing 3-year forecasts for revenue and expenses, startup cost estimates (capital equipment, inventory, staffing, and marketing), and subsidy requirements to support early-stage operations.
  • Deliverable: Combined all group research into a professional business plan, presented to Hestia’s Hearth executives and provided formal copies for implementation.

Mr. Greek 2025 Winner – Campus-Wide Philanthropy Competition
Represented Sigma Pi in a campus-wide pageant where every fraternity selected a brother to compete for the title of Mr. Greek 2025. The event supported the March of Dimes Foundation.
