My customer service skills were created from working in a sports bar. Many different people would enter the restaurant. While working there my level of patience and people skills increased. The restaurant industry can be stressful at times and requires a strong sense of patience and integrity.
While working in the restaurant I was taking classes at Seton Hall University. I successfully balanced my job with my school work. Working a job and attending university increased my time management skills as well as my ability to plan ahead.
