With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, I have a proven track record of managing and optimizing pharmaceutical production lines. As a manager at AstraZeneca, I led a team of production technicians and ensured compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards and regulations. I also contributed to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies. As a production technician at Reckitt Mead Johnson, AstraZeneca and Accuride Corporation, I operated, maintained, and troubleshooted various equipment and machinery, and performed quality checks and tests on the products.
